Hacksprint

36 Hour Coding Hackathon

Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) Student’s Chapter, MMCOE and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Student’s Chapter, MMCOE organises MMCOE’s very own HACKATHON named HackSprint v1.0 in partnership with various IT companies.

HackSprint is aimed at creating a community of passionate coders and build student space to create awareness about hackathon, inculcate teamwork and problem solving skills and help students tackle technological challenges in stipulated amount of time.

FACE

FAST ASSESMENT BY COMPANY EXPERTS

ISTE Students’ Chapter MMCOE, Pune organizes an event FACE with the intent of prepping students for corporate placements so that they have a better chance of selection.

 The 3-day event comprises of Aptitude test, Group Discussion, Technical Interview and HR + Managerial Interviews. The experts are invited from renowned colleges and companies. Those students who cracked these rounds are given internships.

The Aptitude test is held on an online portal which is monitored by the ISTE members. The students who clear this test are promoted for Group Discussion. Students are then assessed by our GD experts on different grounds.

Creative Writing & Drawing

ISTE Students’ Chapter from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering, Pune organized a Creative writing and drawing competition to commence yet another year full of activities and events. Both events had the topic “Vision about your Department in next 10 years”.

Chimera - X

ISTE Students’ Chapter from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering, Pune has collaborated with ISTE Students’ Chapter Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal, to conduct a general knowledge quiz competition under their national level annual event Chimera-X banner.

Elocution

The ISTE Students’ Chapter from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering, Pune organized an elocution competition. Students had to elocute over a topic of their preference for a maximum of 5 minutes.
